Working today in the field

Dcode assigns a persistent digital identity directly to natural materials at the point of origin. Each identity securely contains a globally unique identifier together with trusted origin metadata, including location and creation time.

The technology has been fully integrated with both legacy and modern StanForD standards, enabling seamless interoperability with existing forestry and enterprise systems.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, Dcode is fast, durable, weather-resistant and requires no inks, labels, RFID tags or other consumables. The complete marking-to-verification workflow has been validated across multiple wood species, including Radiata Pine, using a family of internally developed handheld and automated marking and reading devices.
